Job description.

We are working with a leading developer looking to add to their ever-growing Sales and Marketing team with an experienced Social Media Manager. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, on offer is a basic salary of up to £45,000 DOE plus package.

You will be responsible for driving the social media strategy and increasing the online presence, enhancing enhance brand awareness, as well as producing campaigns and customer communications.

You will be based between head office in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire, and spilt the rest of your time working from home and visiting sites across the South East.

Responsibilities include:

• Driving the social media strategy
• Growing the social media following
• Driving engagement and building brand recognition
• Working with the sales team to utilise socials to drive sales leads
• Content creation and working with all areas of the business to identify content opportunities
• Handling customer queries through social media and passing onto the relevant department for action
• Represent the brand with the right tone and personality
• Continuous review of the website and working with agencies to ensure UX and CRO are performing
• Work with the Head of Marketing to plan and deliver lead generative marketing campaigns through social media, email and other appropriate digital channels
• Agree and work towards digital and social media KPIs
• Deliver regular reporting on performance of key KPIs
• Track competitor and market activity
• Stay on top of the latest digital and social trends

Requirements

• Experience driving social media strategy, ideally in the property sector
• Strong knowledge social platforms
• Experienced in producing social media copy
• Content creation and idea generation
• UX and CRO experience
• Knowledge of Google Analytics
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Organised
• Proactive and self motivated
• Experience in dealing with customer communications and directly communicating with customers on social media platforms
