Strategic Land Manager


£70 basic plus bonus


I am working with one of the leading privately owned strategic land promoters that is based in Birmingham. They are looking to strengthen the team with an additional strategic land manager.


You will report directly into the Land Director but work autonomy and be responsible for sourcing new opportunities and then project managing them through the planning process.


We are looking to recruit either a development surveyor or town planner looking to make a move into a wider strategic land and planning role. The main bulk of the work will be project managing existing projects so you will have a strong background in town planning.


Ideally you will be 3-6 years post-graduation and looking to make your next career move out of development consultancy or town planning.


You will have a detailed knowledge of strategic land in the midlands as this will be the main focus over next 18 months


This is an exceptional role for a bright and ambitious surveyor or town planner to join one of the leading names in the strategic land industry.

Key Requirements

  • Degree qualified (ideally property related)
  • Ideally MRICS or MRTPI
  • Experienced development surveyor or town planner looking to make a career move into a wider strategic land role.
  • Good understanding of planning and project managing large strategic sites.
  • Dynamic and ambitious
