A brilliant opportunity to join a 5-star fast-growing housebuilder as an Trainee/Assistant Quantity Surveyor, with the role primarily based in the Cambridgeshire area

the position

Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the cost management of several residential projects within the business.

package on offer

• Salary package of £30,000 – £35,000
• Discretionary bonus

the requirements

You will be an Trainee QS or a recently qualified grad.
