In February 2022, I joined tdm as their Marketing Manager and am responsible for creating compelling content and developing the already well-established tdm brand. In June of that year, I was promoted to Marketing & Customer Engagement Manager whereby I continued to focus on making sure all of our stakeholder's expectations were exceeded. In 2023, my role evolved again and I now oversee our marketing strategy as well as ensure the smooth running of the ship as Operations Manager.
I have a degree in English from Essex University, a Masters in Psychology from Canterbury Christ Church, and a Public Relations (PR) Masters from the Chartered Institute of PR, London.
I have been in the Communications and Marketing industry for over 7 years, working across sectors and collecting interesting stories that I am always happy to share. Before tdm, I managed the Communications for the Australia-UK Chamber of Commerce and prior to that, I worked for an Art charity. I am also proud to be a Board Director for Animate Arts, a Kent-based company helping to fund art opportunities for children.
