Working closely with high-net-worth clients gave her a sharp eye for detail and a real skill for understanding exactly what someone needs, then finding the right fit for it.
Alicia recently joined tdm recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant, working across sales, land & planning. Working a variety of land & sales roles, means Alicia has niche industry knowledge in two of the busiest departments within real estate and development.
Alicia brings her insurance skillset to this role, providing a customer-centric positioning ensuring full awareness of what our clients and candidates want.
Outside of work, she's usually on horseback or being kept on her toes by her boxer dog, both of which have taught her more about patience than ever imagined.
