She focuses on supporting the recruitment of key professionals including Sales Advisors, Marketing Managers as well as PAs and office support roles, helping to strengthen housebuilders and property developers.
Prior to joining tdm, Anna worked within the recruitment industry in Kent, where she developed experience supporting clients and candidates across a range of roles and sectors. This experience has given her a strong understanding of the recruitment process and the importance of building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
At tdm, Anna works closely with developers, contractors and property businesses to identify talented individuals while supporting candidates in navigating opportunities within the residential development market.
