Since then, he has developed a strong reputation within the residential development sector, specialising in the recruitment of commercial professionals, particularly Quantity Surveyors and Materials Buyers.
As Associate Director, Dan leads tdm's commercial desk, working closely with housebuilders, developers and contractors across the UK to support the growth of their commercial teams. Through his extensive network and market knowledge, he focuses on identifying and securing talented individuals who play a key role in the successful delivery of residential developments.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, often attending imaginative tea parties or watching family favourites together. He is also a loyal supporter of West Ham United — come on you Irons.
