Renewable Energy Sales & MarketingFaye joined tdm recruitment in 2015 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and progressed rapidly through the business, becoming Director within seven years. She now works closely alongside the leadership team to help shape the strategic direction and continued growth of the company.
Faye leads tdm's Sales & Marketing practice across the residential development sector, specialising in senior appointments for leading housebuilders and developers across London and the South East. Her work focuses on senior leadership and executive search assignments, including roles such as Sales Directors, Land Directors and Heads of departments, where discretion, market insight and strong industry relationships are essential.
Through her extensive network and detailed knowledge of the new homes market, Faye advises clients on key hires that directly influence the commercial success of residential developments.
Outside of work, Faye enjoys running — often in all weathers — and is a lifelong Tottenham Hotspur supporter with a well-used season ticket. She is also a keen follower of women’s football.
