Simon joined tdm in 2010 and has since progressed through the business to the position of Associate Director. Over this time, he has built a strong reputation within the residential development sector, delivering numerous senior appointments, including Director-level roles for leading UK housebuilders and property developers.

Working within the Land & Development team, Simon specialises in the recruitment of professionals ranging from Land Buyers and Land Managers through to Development Directors. He works closely with PLC housebuilders, privately owned developers and private equity-backed businesses, supporting the growth of their development teams across London and the South East.

Alongside his own recruitment work, Simon plays an active role in mentoring and supporting the wider team, with a focus on continuing to strengthen tdm's position as a leading recruiter within the Land & Development market.

Outside of work, Simon enjoys spending time at home, keeping active in the gym, and occasionally returning to the rugby field — where, for a couple of hours each week, he likes to think he’s still 21.
