Over the course of his career, he has recruited across the full spectrum of disciplines within housebuilding, construction and property, although today his primary focus is on Care & Later Living, plus Strategic Land and senior leadership appointments, including Director and Board-level roles.
Through nearly two decades in the sector, Tom has built long-standing relationships with many of the UK’s leading housebuilders, developers and property businesses, advising clients on key strategic hires while supporting senior professionals in navigating their careers within the industry.
Tom is particularly proud of tdm's culture and the development of its people. Over 80% of the team have progressed through the business from graduate and trainee roles, with the senior management team having all developed their careers within the company.
