TDM Graduate Scheme

Starting a Graduate career in recruitment after University

So, you’re in your final year of university and have started to wonder what the next step is for you. Your first “proper job” following graduation is within your reach.

Or maybe you graduated recently but have fallen into a job that’s not really something you want to make a career out of and are looking for the perfect training scheme to help you achieve and build a lasting career.

TDM run an annual Graduate Scheme, specialising in the training of graduates to become recruitment professionals.

For your application to be considered you must be an undergraduate in your final year of university, approaching graduation, or have graduated within the last 3 years. You must have received, or be on course to receive, a minimum 2:2 degree classification, in any subject.

If you are in your penultimate year of university and would like to register an interest for next years’ intake, please send an application via the website with the year you are registering your interest for in the subject header.

Why is TDM the right place for you to start your Graduate career?

TDM has been the fertilisation ground for many successful graduate careers. Our Associate Director graduated 6 years ago and started in recruitment with 3 years’ sales experience under her belt and is now Associate Director. She has climbed the progression ladder at an extremely fast pace, and has benefitted from training and support across the TDM business model.

We have fostered a dynamic approach to utilising the strengths graduates have developed throughout their time at university, across a range of subjects, from Law to Philosophy, Sports to Science, and are committed to delivering a fully structured training programme that rivals other graduate schemes within the market.

TDM Graduate Scheme Process

Applications open in September, through to January, re-opening for a short period in May, and offers are made in April and June, all ready for you to start in August. See below for a full programme for this years’ Graduate Scheme.
